Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Our Processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. Once your order is packed we will send you tracking details by email.

Pickup Orders:

Due to constant moving of inventory we encourage our customers to pickup orders within 4 weeks. After 4 weeks the order will be cancelled and n refund will be provided.

Customs Charges: For international parcels, customers may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax or Duty based on their country's customs rules and regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier company. However, we guarantee that once an order is placed, it will be handed over to the courier company within two to three working days.

To claim any damage or missing items during shipping, it is mandatory to provide a 360-degree uncut video of the parcel opening. The video should be started before opening the parcel, recorded at a standard speed, without breaks, pauses, or cuts. It should capture the inspection of all products before stopping the recording.

Please note that returns due to change of mind are not accepted. Once an order is placed, it will be delivered to the provided address or must be picked up within four weeks. In the event of an incorrect address leading to the return of the parcel, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges again. If the customer fails to collect the parcel from the collection point within the advised time frame, they must also pay for shipping again.

All orders valued under $100 are insured free of charge. However, if you wish to add extra insurance, you can select the insurance and shipping option during checkout.

If you choose not to purchase extra cover and your item is lost or damaged, you may still be eligible for compensation of up to $100. Eligibility for such claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds can only be processed upon notification by the postal service. We use Canada Post for shipping, and only claims regarding loss, missing items, or damages will be assessed by them.

Domestic parcel shipping typically takes 2-3 days for express and 7-10 working days for standard delivery.

International shipping can take up to 24 working days, while express shipping can take up to 10 working days. Please note that these timeframes are standard estimates and there may be additional delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
